Karol Boudreaux will be participating in a panel discussion sponsored by the Society for International Development in Washington that will explore many success stories from the African continent. Ms. Boudreaux will be discussing her contribution to the forthcoming World Bank book The African Successes. Ms. Boudreaux's report revolved around her work studying the Rwandan coffee industry. Other panelists will discuss issues such as the success of tourism in Cape Verde and mobile health programs.
